Membership of the library is free to citizens and permanent residents of Antigua.

You may pick up a registration form at the library.

You need to have a picture ID.

Children under 15 need a parent's signature.

Nonresidents may obtain membership by paying a temporary membership fee of $25 Eastern Caribbean dollars.

Lost cards can be replaced for $5.

Residents of transient or temporary addresses, such as hotels and guest houses, may register if they show three consecutive monthly rent receipts.
